Used for couple of years, well looked after but after this time it is not flawless:
1. The webcam is faulty (still can use external one via usb)
2. The battery was dead completely so not included (15gbp new one)
3. Headphone jack is a bit loose.
4. Some signs of use on the cover and one little crack in the corner
Except this it works perfectly. High resolution for websites, photography, etc, Fast and stable. Screen in perfect condition, no scratches, haze, etc.. Keybord in perfect condition, hard drive with no faults, speakers, card reader, bluetooth with no problems.
Processor and memory never caused problems.
